We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director of Operations to oversee and optimize the performance of key departments within our organization. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Director of Operations will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency, fostering cross-departmental collaboration, and ensuring alignment with the company's overall goals and objectives.

- Provide strategic direction and leadership to key departments including machine shop, information technology, finance, procurement, and facilities.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficient workflows, quality standards adherence, and timely deliverables.
- Develop and implement departmental goals, policies, and procedures for operational excellence.
- Foster collaboration and communication between departments to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior management on operational strategies aligned with the company's mission and vision.
- Manage departmental budgets and resources effectively, optimizing expenditure for maximum ROI.
- Identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring compliance with regulations and internal policies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in operations management, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry.
- Proven track record of effective leadership, strategic thinking, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on fostering teamwork and innovation.
