As the Administrative Assistant, you are essential in creating a positive and professional impression for visitors and callers. In addition to greeting guests and managing the front desk, you will assist with a range of administrative tasks, support meeting coordination, manage mail and deliveries, and help maintain an orderly office environment. The role will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure office supply needs are met and assist with special projects as needed.

- Representing the company by being the first point of contact for incoming visitors and answering the phone.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Schedule meetings and assist with conference room bookings
- Provide basic administrative support to various departments (e.g., filing, data entry, ordering supplies)
- Work with Office Manager to support the required ordering of supplies for the office
- Assist with special projects as needed
Required Skills:
- Prior experience in a receptionist or customer-facing role
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Dependable and punctual
- Minimum 2 years experience in a related position
